Traceability system model of Indonesian food cold-chain industry: A Covid-19 pandemic perspective

This study analyzed the traceability system's effect on Indonesia's food cold chain performance during Covid-19 pandemic and described needs of consumers in Indonesia regarding system. Five latent variables were used to form research models, including adoption electronic data interchange (EDI), radio frequency identification (RFID), blockchain, system, performance. uses a quantitative approach with questionnaire as instrument distributed 140 respondents by purposive sampling. The total number manifest measuring is 28 variables.
